Tom Pryor recently completed two projects for us, one being a detached shop and the other a remodel of our residence. For both projects, Tom spent a good deal of time working with my wife and I to really understand what we wanted and how we could achieve the best results with our budget. This was before any contracts were signed or any work started. Tom’s commitment to this process was a testament to both his professionalism and his genuine concern to deliver a quality project that his clients would be happy with.
When work started, Tom was diligent in providing and sticking to an overall construction schedule so we always knew what was coming up. If there were any changes, either delays or accelerations, we were told why and informed in a timely manner. Tom was also good about making sure we knew the lead times for all material selections so our decisions would not affect the orderly flow of the project. Tom was also good about managing and documenting any project changes so there were no surprises in the end and any adjustments to the contract were fair and reasonable to both parties.
Given Tom’s expertise in managing the projects, it was no surprise to us that both projects were completed on time and under the projected budget. My wife and I were very happy with the quality of the work and with Tom’s commitment to getting it done right and deliver what we were trying to achieve.
