I would like to thank you for your outstanding performance on completing my house. I do not have to tell you of the problems I faced after originally hiring a disreputable contractor because you inherited most of them. Through your diligent work on my house my family and I were saved from even greater headaches. Your efforts are greatly appreciated, from some initial advice on how to proceed after the difficulties with my original contractor to you personally insure the quality of work on the day you handed me the keys. My only wish is that I hired you in the beginning of my project. The house itself is beautiful and exactly what I pictured when I started. Your suggestions through out the project were practical and added to the aesthetics. I will definitely be recommending you to any of my family or friends that are planning to build a house. You did not just complete my project you saved it.
